
Easy and quick bagels made with broccoli in the dough: ideal for increasing vegetable consumption and for being filled to taste. Recipe for 5 soft and flavorful bagels.




Blend together cooked broccoli, Greek yogurt, egg, salt, and pepper in a mixer or with an immersion blender directly in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour and the package of instant yeast for savory dishes.
Initially mix with a spoon, then knead with your hands until you obtain a smooth and soft dough.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes covered with a lid or a cloth.
Divide the dough into 5 portions. Form balls, slightly flatten them, and create a central hole with your fingers (wide enough to prevent closing during baking).
Arrange the bagels on the baking tray, brush with extra virgin olive oil, and add desired seeds on the surface.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container or food bags.
