Boil the potatoes and broccoli florets until soft.
Mash the potatoes and broccoli in a bowl and add parmesan, egg, milk, and salt; mix well.
Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour half of the mixture into the dish, distribute the mozzarella and smoked salmon.
Cover with the rest of the batter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes; in the last minutes, activate the grill for a crispy crust.
