A quick and delicious mousse made with ripe pears and chocolate: only 2 ingredients (plus optional cinnamon). It is prepared by cooking the pears, blending them with the melted chocolate, and letting it set in the refrigerator.

Peel the pears and slice them.
Cook the pears in a pan with a splash of water for about 10 minutes over medium heat, until they become soft.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Blend the soft pears with the melted chocolate until you get a smooth cream.
Transfer the cream into cupcake liners or desired molds.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours until the mousse sets.
Before serving, sprinkle generously with cocoa and, if desired, add a pinch of cinnamon.
