
Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook them in boiling water for about 7-8 minutes, then drain.
Meanwhile, roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray and prick the base with a fork.
Distribute pieces of provola cheese, slices of cooked ham, and boiled potatoes on the base.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and add a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt if desired.
Fold the edges of the puff pastry inward to form the crust.
Beat the egg and brush the surface of the savory pie.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190 °C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown (baking times may vary depending on the oven).
Let it cool slightly before serving.
