











Sauté the zucchini and onion in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
Once they are well sautéed, transfer them to a mixer along with the cream cheese and blend until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Cook the trofie and drain them in the pan.
Add the zucchini cream, smoked salmon and mix.
Plate adding a drizzle of oil and serve.
