












Place a baking paper tray in the basket of the air fryer.
Pour a drizzle of oil, add the eggs and beat them; add salt and pepper.
Also add the cherry tomatoes, sliced onion, and caciotta cheese.
Cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for about 13-15 minutes.
Alternatively, cook in the oven with a 20 cm baking pan lined with baking paper at 190 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, or in a pan until golden, turning halfway through cooking.
