
A quick, light and tasty main dish: straccetti of turkey or chicken breast marinated in lemon and then breaded with breadcrumbs, parmesan and lemon zest. They can be cooked in a pan, in the oven, or in an air fryer, resulting crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.





Cut the turkey or chicken breast into thin slices (straccetti) if not already sliced.
Marinate the straccetti with a drizzle of oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt, dried rosemary, and chili to taste. Let it rest for at least 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the breading by mixing the breadcrumbs with grated parmesan and grated lemon zest.
Coat the straccetti in the breading, pressing lightly to make it stick.
Cook: in a pan with a drizzle of oil until golden (a few minutes on each side) or in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes or in an air fryer at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, until crispy on the outside and cooked inside.
Serve warm and enjoy.
