Finely grate the Grana Padano.
In a pan over low heat, add the milk, one tablespoon of cornstarch, mix with a whisk, add the grated Grana Padano and mix again.
Drop the gnocchi directly into the cream and cook for 5-6 minutes (or the time indicated on the package) slightly raising the heat.
Serve adding orange and lemon zest, chopped pistachios, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
