
A quick and tasty recipe for an Italian first course with burrata, pistachios and sun-dried tomatoes. Perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.






Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
Meanwhile, chop the pistachios if ready-made granules are not used.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
Drain the pasta al dente, reserving some cooking water.
Mix the pasta with the burrata (or stracciatella), pistachios and sun-dried tomatoes, adding cooking water to blend.
Serve with a sprinkle of pistachios and enjoy!
