Blend all ingredients until you obtain a smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a small mold lined with parchment paper.
Cook in the air fryer at 160°C for 30-35 minutes, checking with a toothpick test.
Let it cool completely at room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to achieve the perfect consistency.
Add your preferred topping (e.g. pistachio cream and hazelnut crunch) before serving.
