
Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then peel them and let them cool.
Combine Greek yogurt, unsweetened cocoa, honey (or the chosen sweetener), and the hard-boiled eggs in a mixer.
Blend everything until creamy and lump-free mousse is obtained.
Pour the mousse into a serving bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least a few hours.
When serving, add chocolate chips or shavings if you want to make it more indulgent.
