Cut the puff pastry roll into 16 triangles.
Spread some Philadelphia on each triangle.


Add a slice of cooked ham on each triangle.
Roll each triangle starting from the base to form a croissant.
Brush the croissants with the yolk mixed with a little milk.
Sprinkle the croissants with seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
