
Vegetarian meatballs in sauce, ideal for both adults and children. Perfect for a healthy and tasty lunch, served with tomato sauce, pumpkin cream, or preferred vegetables. Great also with spaghetti!






In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the egg.
Add salt, spices, and herbs to taste (for example, paprika and oregano).
Incorporate 130g of gluten-free breadcrumbs and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Form meatballs of the desired size and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Cook the meatballs in an air fryer at 180°C for 6-8 minutes, depending on the chosen size.
Serve the meatballs with tomato sauce, pumpkin cream, or preferred vegetables. Great also with spaghetti!
