In a bowl, pour all the ingredients and mix them well with a spoon
For better mixing, use your hands until you form a smooth and soft dough. Shape into small spheres. Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 8 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Serve with milk or yogurt, great for an energy-rich breakfast.
