
This recipe is particularly suitable for those intolerant to lactose and eggs, and being sugar-free, also for those on a diet.
In a bowl, pour all the dry ingredients and then the liquid ones, mix everything with a whisk or an electric mixer, add the chocolate chips and stir the mixture with a spoon.
Pour it into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Once cooled, you can decorate with powdered sugar.
