Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the flour, Greek yogurt, erythritol, seed oil, plant-based milk, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
Cut 2 peaches into pieces and add them to the batter, mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan.
Slice the other 2 peaches and arrange them on the surface of the cake.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Once cooked, let it cool and decorate with powdered sugar.
