First, melt the dark chocolate and in the same bowl add the coffee (about 120ml)
Then prepare a bowl with ice water and immerse the bowl with the chocolate and coffee inside.
Start whisking with a beater, taking small breaks, you will see it gradually thickening.
When it has the right consistency, pour it into a cup and enjoy it immediately with a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa.
