Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter in a double boiler along with the dark chocolate.
In a bowl, mix together the sugar with the eggs.
Add the sifted flour and mix well.
Combine the chocolate and butter mixture with the bowl and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 25 minutes. The brownie is ready when the surface is crispy but the inside remains soft.
Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Store in the fridge
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
