Ingredients
- Vanilla flavoring
8g - Dark chocolate chunks
30g - Whole spelt flour
200g - Lactose-free milk
120mL - Baking powder
8g - Olive oil
80mL - Medium eggs
3units - Organic sultanas
80g - Brown sugar

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
Soften the raisins in water for a few minutes, meanwhile beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy.
- STEP 2 OF 3
Add the milk, oil, dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanilla flavoring) and continue to mix with a whisk.
- STEP 3 OF 3
When the mixture is smooth, add the raisins and chocolate chips, place it in a 24cm mold and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30/40 minutes.
