  • Whole spelt flour200g
  • Lactose-free milk120mL
  • Baking powder8g
  • Olive oil80mL
  • Medium eggs3units
  • Organic sultanas80g
  • Brown sugar100g
 

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Soften the raisins in water for a few minutes, meanwhile beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Add the milk, oil, dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, vanilla flavoring) and continue to mix with a whisk.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    When the mixture is smooth, add the raisins and chocolate chips, place it in a 24cm mold and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30/40 minutes.
