Wash and slice the zucchinis very thinly.
In a bowl, combine the eggs with salt, flour or starch, baking powder, grated cheese, and milk.
Add the zucchini slices to the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the oiled or parchment-lined mold.
Sprinkle with a bit of grated cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes or in an air fryer at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
