Magic apple cake, flourless and gluten-free, made with only 5 ingredients. Recipe for a 15 cm mold (double the amounts for an 18/20 cm mold).
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan) or the air fryer to 160°C.
Mix the egg with the ricotta and honey until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add the potato starch and incorporate well.
Finally, add the apple cut into small pieces or very thin slices, mixing gently.
Pour the batter into a 15 cm lightly greased mold.
Bake in a fan oven at 170°C for about 26 minutes or in an air fryer at 160°C for about 25 minutes.
Let the cake cool before unmolding and serving.
