  • Xylitol70g
  • Cornstarch4tablespoons
  • Water4tablespoons
  • Seed oil30g
  • Cocoa powder15g
  • 70% dark chocolate50g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Mix the cornstarch and water well

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Put the resulting cream in a mixer with the chickpeas and oil

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Blend until it becomes a smooth cream

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Place in a bowl, add the xylitol and cocoa, and mix well

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Add the chocolate pieces

  6. STEP 6 OF 6

    Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C in a fan oven
