Marinate the chicken slices with milk, a drizzle of oil, and lemon zest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap.
Prepare the coating by combining breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, a pinch of pepper, and lemon zest.
Coat the chicken slices on both sides, place them in an air fryer, and add a drizzle of oil on top.
Cook at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until they are well golden. Alternatively, cook in a pan on both sides with a dash of oil.
Salt to taste and enjoy.
