A simple and quick idea for a tasty appetizer or a last-minute meal. The Piadi-Pizza combines the convenience of flatbread with the taste of pizza.
Fill half of the flatbread with grated or thinly sliced scamorza and fold it in half.
Add the tomato puree on top, a drizzle of oil, a pinch of salt, and oregano.
Bake in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven, optionally add another layer of tomato puree, more scamorza, and bake for another 5 minutes.
Finish with a drizzle of oil, fresh basil, and enjoy.
