Deliciously tempting and super crunchy, you can't stop at just one! Crispy potato chips made in an air fryer, perfect for a light and tasty snack.
Thinly slice the potato using a mandoline.
Rinse the potato slices with water and dry them thoroughly with a cloth.
Stack two potato slices on top of each other, roll them up, and secure with a toothpick.
Season with a drizzle of oil, salt, and your preferred spices.
Cook them in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 14-15 minutes, turning them halfway through.
Remove the toothpick and enjoy!
