150g150g - Orange paste

Preparation

In a bowl, make a well with the flour and add the other ingredients in the center: almonds, sugar, butter, orange paste, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

Knead quickly until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Place the dough in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut the cookies into the desired shape.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Bake in a preheated static oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
