
Apple Butter
Apple butter is a versatile preparation that can be used to accompany desserts, bread, pancakes, waffles, muffins, cakes, spoon desserts, and even meats. It can also replace part of the butter and sugar in recipes to make desserts lighter.
Ingredients
- Peeled and cleaned apples
500g500g - Lemon juice

80g80g - Aromas and spices (e.g., cinnamon, etc.)to taste
Preparation

Place the peeled and diced apples, lemon juice, water, and spices in a saucepan.

The apples should completely break down and have an amber color.

Remove the spices and blend everything with an immersion blender.
