Preparation

    Beat the eggs well with the sugar.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Add the oil and the blended kumquat, along with the juice.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Slowly incorporate the sifted flour together with the baking powder.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake at 180°C static for about 40-45 minutes, checking for doneness.
