Melt 100 g of butter with 70 g of honey and 40 g of sugar in a bain-marie.
Incorporate two medium eggs and mix well.
Add 100 g of sifted flour with 1 teaspoon of vanilla matcha tea and 4 g of baking powder.
Do not overwork the dough, just use a fork.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
