Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Knead the ingredients for the pastry, form a dough ball and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 180°C, roll out the dough

Fill with the jam
- STEP 3 OF 4
Close with crossed strips
- STEP 4 OF 4
Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees
