  • Coconut or vanilla plant-based yogurt120g
  • Shredded coconut2teaspoons
  • Unsweetened cocoa8g
  • Raspberriesq.s. about ten
  • Agave syrup or other sweetener1teaspoon
  • For decoration
  • Raspberries2- 3
  • Chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate10g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    In a small bowl, pour the oat flakes, shredded coconut, and plant-based yogurt. Mix well.

  2. STEP 2 OF 6

    Separately, on a small plate, mash about ten raspberries with the tines of a fork.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Add half of the mashed raspberries into the bowl containing the porridge. Pour the rest of the raspberries on top and set aside.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Prepare the cocoa cream by mixing cocoa, sweetener, and water (a little at a time) to achieve a smooth consistency.

  5. STEP 5 OF 6

    Now pour the cocoa cream over the layer of raspberries in the porridge bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.

  6. STEP 6 OF 6

    In the morning, you can decorate with chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips) and 2-3 raspberries. A real treat!
