In a small bowl, pour the oat flakes, shredded coconut, and plant-based yogurt. Mix well.
Separately, on a small plate, mash about ten raspberries with the tines of a fork.
Add half of the mashed raspberries into the bowl containing the porridge. Pour the rest of the raspberries on top and set aside.
Prepare the cocoa cream by mixing cocoa, sweetener, and water (a little at a time) to achieve a smooth consistency.
Now pour the cocoa cream over the layer of raspberries in the porridge bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, you can decorate with chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips) and 2-3 raspberries. A real treat!
