Preparation

    In a bowl, mix together the flours with the natural leavening, oil, and vegetable drink until you obtain a creamy mixture. Add the strawberries cut into small pieces to the batter. Mix and with the help of a spoon, fill the muffin molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, until they are golden on the surface.
