Ingredients

- Silken tofu300 g
- Yellow onion1/2 onion
- Turmeric powder1 teaspoon

- Kala namak salt1 teaspoon
- Evo oilto taste
- Avocado1 unit
- Lime1 unit

Preparation

Sauté the diced onion in EVO oil

Add the tofu, crumbling it gradually. Do not blend it, crumble it with your hands

Now add the silken tofu and mix with a spatula. Cook for a few minutes

Add the turmeric, pepper, and only at the end the kala namak salt which will give the egg flavor

Move on to the sauce: mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper

Toast the sliced bread

Assemble the toast with avocado sauce and scrambled tofu. We decorated with broccoli sprouts, but you can also decorate with a bit of chopped parsley.
