
Boil the potatoes starting from cold water for about 15-20 minutes depending on their size, until they are softened but not completely cooked.
Cut the potatoes into thick slices and spread sausage on each slice.
Grease a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Distribute all the potato slices in the baking dish, add a drizzle of oil on top, salt, your favorite spices, and plenty of mozzarella or scamorza.
Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes covered with aluminum foil and for another 10 minutes uncovered, until a crispy crust has formed.
