Soak the carasau bread for a second in water and immediately place it on the parchment paper or baking tray.
Create the base of the focaccia and on top add some dollops of stracchino and the cooked ham.
Make a second layer and in the last layer add more softened carasau bread, a sprinkle of grated parmesan, and a drizzle of EVO oil.
Cook in the air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
