

An easy, quick, and economical recipe to prepare healthy and genuine homemade piadine. It is not the original recipe of Romagna piadina, but a simple alternative for a healthy lunch.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the salt.
Add the water and the extra virgin olive oil, mixing until you obtain a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll them out with a rolling pin until you get thin discs.
Heat a non-stick pan and cook each piadina for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
