Knead all the ingredients by hand or in a stand mixer
When everything is combined, add the mixed nuts
Form logs that are not too wide and well spaced apart
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15/18 minutes
Remove from oven, let them cool slightly, and cut to the desired thickness
Place back on the baking sheet and bake for another 5 minutes
