80ml80ml - Granulated sugar

8g8g - Grated lemon zestto taste
- Shredded coconut for decorationto taste
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, and sugar, mix with a spoon and add the grated lemon zest, oil, and milk.

Form a dough that will be soft.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- STEP 4 OF 5
After the time has passed, roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it with a cookie cutter, sprinkle with shredded coconut.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20/25 minutes.
