  • Sugar140g
  • Butter200g
  • Shelled unpeeled almonds250g
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Grated lemon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Seeds from a vanilla pod
  • For garnish some almonds, water and sugar

Preparation

    In a bowl, combine the two flours, sugar, lemon zest, salt, and vanilla seeds

    Mix and add the butter in pieces, the two yolks, and the almonds

    With your fingertips, crumble the dough.

    Line a 24 cm cake tin and pour in half of the crumbled dough. Compact the base a little, pour in the remaining dough
