200g200g - Sugar
140g140g - Butter
200g200g - Shelled unpeeled almonds
250g250g - 2 egg yolks
- Grated lemon
- A pinch of salt
- Seeds from a vanilla pod
- For garnish some almonds, water and sugar
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the two flours, sugar, lemon zest, salt, and vanilla seeds
- STEP 2 OF 6
Mix and add the butter in pieces, the two yolks, and the almonds
- STEP 3 OF 6
With your fingertips, crumble the dough.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Line a 24 cm cake tin and pour in half of the crumbled dough. Compact the base a little, pour in the remaining dough
- STEP 5 OF 6
Spray with water, add some almonds, and sprinkle with sugar.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes
