Preparation

    Prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing all the ingredients

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Form a dough ball and place it in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap for about 30 minutes

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Roll out the pastry, line a tart pan, garnish with apricot jam and decorate as desired

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 35/40 minutes
