Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Wash, peel, and slice the apples. Place the apples in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of sugar and the cinnamon.

    In the bowl of the stand mixer, pour the remaining sugar and extra virgin olive oil and mix at medium speed.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Add the yogurt, lemon zest and juice, rice flour, and baking powder. Continue mixing at medium speed until the ingredients are well combined.

    Butter and flour a ring cake mold. Pour half of the batter and half of the apples.

    Finish with the remaining batter and the rest of the apples. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes in a preheated oven.
