Preparation

In addition to the 30 minutes for preparation, another 30 minutes are needed to let the dough rest in the fridge.

In a bowl, whisk together the banana, sugar, oil, and egg.

Add the other ingredients and mix until well combined.
- STEP 4 OF 7
Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- STEP 5 OF 7
Take the dough and shape it into cookies, roll in brown sugar.
- STEP 6 OF 7
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- STEP 7 OF 7
Bake at 170°C in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
