  • Lactose-free butter125g
  • 80% dark chocolate100g
  • Lactose-free milk500ml
  • Granulated sugar100g
  • Rice flour70g
  • Limoncello1cup
  • Fresh fruit of choice500g
  • Powdered sugar2tablespoons

    Blend corn flakes and biscuits together. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, mix with the blended biscuits and corn flakes, and form the base in a 22 cm springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
