  • Lactose-free milk500mL
  • Granulated sugar100g
  • Rice flour70g
  • Limoncello1Cup
  • Fresh fruit of choice500g
  • Powdered sugar2Tablespoons

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Blend corn flakes and biscuits together. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, mix with the blended biscuits and corn flakes, and form the base in a 22 cm springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

    Add cooling times to the preparation times.

    Prepare the cream. In a pot, mix sugar, rice flour, and limoncello. Pour in the hot milk a little at a time, trying to avoid lumps.

    Put on the heat and stir until the cream thickens.
