  • Jam of choice80g
  • Brown sugar50g
  • Melted lactose-free butter35g
  • Buckwheat flour30g
  • Fresh egg1Nr
  • Grated organic lemon zest1Tablespoon
  • Baking powder for desserts1/2 Packet
  • Non-stick tartlet molds8Nr
  • Fresh fruit of choice for garnishto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the jam.

    Spread the dough into the molds and make a hole in the center.

    Pour a tablespoon of jam (about 10 g) into each donut.

    Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Always do the toothpick test.
