Ingredients
- Rice flour
170g - Lactose-free plain greek yogurt
150g - Jam of choice
80g - Brown sugar
50g - Melted lactose-free butter
35g - Buckwheat flour
30g - Fresh egg
1Nr - Grated organic lemon zest
1Tablespoon - Baking powder for desserts1/2 Packet
- Non-stick tartlet molds
8Nr - Fresh fruit of choice for garnishto taste
Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the jam.

Spread the dough into the molds and make a hole in the center.

Pour a tablespoon of jam (about 10 g) into each donut.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Always do the toothpick test.
