  • Fresh eggs3Nr
  • Sugar50g
  • Lactose-free butter50g
  • Rice flour for rolling out the doughq.b.
  • Baking powder1/2 Packet
  • Corn oil1L
  • Salt1Pinch
  • Grated organic lemon zest1Nr
  • White wine1/2 Glass
  • Vanilla icing sugarq.b.

Preparation

    Knead all the ingredients (except oil and icing sugar)

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Make a dough ball and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Roll out the dough and cut the Chiacchiere with molds, using rice flour to help.

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Fry the Chiacchiere in hot oil, let them dry on parchment paper.

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    Dust with icing sugar and serve.
