50g50g - Lactose-free butter
50g50g - Rice flour for rolling out the doughq.b.
- Baking powder1/2 Packet
- Corn oil
1L1L - Salt
1Pinch 1Pinch - Grated organic lemon zest
1Nr 1Nr - White wine1/2 Glass
- Vanilla icing sugarq.b.
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Knead all the ingredients (except oil and icing sugar)
- STEP 2 OF 5
Make a dough ball and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Roll out the dough and cut the Chiacchiere with molds, using rice flour to help.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Fry the Chiacchiere in hot oil, let them dry on parchment paper.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Dust with icing sugar and serve.
