  • Lactose-free plain greek yogurt150g
  • Baking powder6g
  • Water1/2 Glass

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks using an electric mixer or stand mixer. Pour the other ingredients into the stand mixer bowl and mix, adding water if needed.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Fold the egg whites into the batter with upward movements.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Heat a non-stick pan and grease with oil, pour a ladle of batter and cook both sides until golden.
