1Tablespoon 1Tablespoon - Grated lemon zest
1Nr1Nr - Lactose-free plain greek yogurt
150g150g - Baking powder
6g6g - Water1/2 Glass
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks using an electric mixer or stand mixer. Pour the other ingredients into the stand mixer bowl and mix, adding water if needed.
- STEP 2 OF 3
Fold the egg whites into the batter with upward movements.
- STEP 3 OF 3
Heat a non-stick pan and grease with oil, pour a ladle of batter and cook both sides until golden.
