  • Melted lactose-free butter200g
  • Melted dark chocolate200g
  • Rice flour100g
  • Fresh eggs5Nr
  • Bitter almond1Vial
  • Baking powder for desserts1Teaspoon

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 6

    Pour the fresh eggs and sugar into the bowl of the stand mixer and whisk for 15 minutes at medium speed.

    Add the melted dark chocolate and butter to the other ingredients and continue whisking.

  3. STEP 3 OF 6

    Finally, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

  4. STEP 4 OF 6

    Butter and flour a bundt cake pan, pour in the batter.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.

    When the cake is ready, let it cool and decorate as desired.
