Sift the rice flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda. Cook the raisins in water for 10 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Blend the bananas with the raisins and a bit of cooking water, add the melted chocolate, oil, and continue blending.
Add the flour with the leavening agents and mix well. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven.
Prepare the melon sauce. Cook the melon pulp with sugar and lemon for 10 minutes. Blend and strain. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Pour the sauce over each slice of cake before serving.
