Place all the ingredients in a large pot, once it starts boiling, cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Blend and cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour the hot jam into the jars and seal with the lids. Place in a preheated oven at 150°C for 12 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the jars cool. The jam is ready.
