Boil the spinach and set aside.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water following the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan, place the ground turkey with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook covered for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the pasta is ready, drain it, place it in a bowl, and add the spinach and meat.
Add a tablespoon of Grana cheese, a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and mix gently.
